Have loved every visit here until this week. My treatment was so painful that i could not enjoy it and i am bruised on my arms. Even after asking for lighter pressure i still felt like crawling off the table. Trust me, Bella Vita is incredible and will continue to go but will always return to my regulars. Wax Job I had a wax in this salon for the first time about a week ago. There was no privacy - it was done with me at a shampoo bowl. Also, the person performing the procedures was not an aesthetician. I wasn't told this until she mentioned it. Also, I have spent the time in between, removing hairs that she missed that day (area above upper lip).

Pedicure I would have liked to have a harder scrub on my feet, but it was ok. I asked for nail art,but only one person could do it and she was busy. I was disappointed in that.

Nail polish I hate to say this, 'cause I love this shop, but I had to redo my polish when I got home. Heather put the polish on in dabs instead of strokes and it was real thick and didn't dry. Everything else was great!
