The gal that did my hair, did a great job. The place was clean as always, and not crowded.
I didn't feel the kindness there, that I have in the past. Maybe with the sign of the times, being a stressful time with the Covid and such. And the prices, are sky high. I was already quoted a high price of $130 approximately, and I just wanted a partial highlight. I think one of the daughters was working, styling hair. She did not smile when she walked by me, and had a sour look on her face. Twice, she did this. Not such a friendly place, as it had been in the past.

Have loved every visit here until this week. My treatment was so painful that i could not enjoy it and i am bruised on my arms. Even after asking for lighter pressure i still felt like crawling off the table. Trust me, Bella Vita is incredible and will continue to go but will always return to my regulars.

Wax Job
I had a wax in this salon for the first time about a week ago. There was no privacy - it was done with me at a shampoo bowl. Also, the person performing the procedures was not an aesthetician. I wasn't told this until she mentioned it. Also, I have spent the time in between, removing hairs that she missed that day (area above upper lip).

Pedicure
I would have liked to have a harder scrub on my feet, but it was ok. I asked for nail art,but only one person could do it and she was busy. I was disappointed in that.
