Manicure/Pedicure The greeting when we arrived was wonderful, making us feel welcomed and relaxed. The pedicure itself was also a good experience with the exception that my daughters foot was cut during the process. Her toe polish turned out really well and she was happy. My toe polish was pretty sloppy and I could have done better myself. My attendant was in a hurry to get home (at least that's the way I felt). My daughter's manicure was done well and she was satisfied, but during my manicure the attendant was filing my polish off and broke one of my fingernails (it took me two months to grow them!) She was just gonna cut that one and then finish the manicure, but I asked to have the rest of my nails cut the same length as the one that she broke. So she did...however my french manicure does not look good as you can still see the blue nail polish from my older manicure thru the french manicure...I'm not happy.

LOVE LOVE LOVE My new haircut and color Laura Stewart is the best at creating a signature style and color for her cliets. I have followed her for 20 years and have always been happy with my cut and style. I just recently went super short and have had rave reviews from all my friends...I love it. Laura always takes into account your personality,face shape and hair texture before she starts cutting and styling! Love it! The staff is very friendly and very accomondating. I have never had a problem scheduling and I enjoy being reminded the day before my appt. Thanks Bella Vita!

Hair cut and color very disappointing My experience at the salon was overall a good one. Everyone was very nice and polite. The pedicure was wonderful and very enjoyable. My haircut and color on the other hand was pretty bad. I had asked for about 2 inches to be cut......she took off way more. I asked for my highlights to be lighter......my hair is now darker. I asked that only enough lengthy be taken off so that I could still put it in a ponytail......I cannot put i t in a ponytail. So while Kacey was super friendly I do wish that she had done a better job on my hair. This is the first time I have ever turned to look in the mirror at a salon and hated what had been done to my hair. I don't know if I will give this salon a second chance or not, I will have to ask around for reviews on mother salons first.

Love Bella Vita!! LOVE the service I receive at Bella Vita!! They are always on time for my appointments, I get to enjoy tasty lemonade, have great conversation, and relax in a wonderful atmosphere! Oh, and I LOVE how my hair always looks!
