Not a great visit first, but they made up for it. My first visit was dreadful but management made up for it by having me return to correct the issue and they assigned Lauren to take care of me. After my consult with Lauren she understood what I wanted and worked with me to accomplish and oversee my previous negative experience. Thank you all for understanding my frustration and correcting it immediately. I'm glad I returned or the rating wouldn't have been so high.

Go See Megan! I love Bella Vita. I recently moved 1300 miles from this location, but I come back to Megan every chance I get. I tried a different salon in my new location and was so disappointed. Bella Vita is well managed, has incredibly nice staff, and employs talented women who listen before they cut or color. I'll admit that their services are a little pricey - but you get what you pay for.

Unhappy with my cut I tried to explain to my hair dresser that I didn't want more layers, I'm trying to grow out my hair. My hair is thin to begin with, so I don't need more layers to make it appear thin. She totally ignored my request and gave me MORE layers, not less.
