Gret salon in every respect Very nice salon and very nice service

Pedacure I called to make an appointment with Meagan (because I saw the nail art she had done). I was told I would have to wait until Saturday 7 July to get an appointment with her. That was more than a week but I agreed to wait. I recieved a confirmation phone message from some one who called me Rhonda, this also happened when I arrived at the Spa. (Pay attention to detail.) I was told when I arrived that Jackie would be doing my pedacure. The receptionist did not know who I had the original appointment with. When Jackied came to get me at 1500, not 1445 she told me she did not do nail art, infact there was only one person in the Spa who did. While Jackie did an OK pedacure, I did not get what I expected from your Spa. v/r, Rhoda Risner

Signature Haircut I really like the haircut, but was a little disappointed that I didn't receive the scalp massage, which I thought was included with the cut. My stylist did a wonderful job with the cut, however, and it is very easy to maintain.

Massage We were thrilled with Shirlene or Charlene.(I'm not sure of the correct spelling)a massage therapist at Bella Vita. It was my 75 year old mothers first time ever having a massage and she was beyond thrilled even though she intitially didn't want a massage. Shirlene made her feel VERY comfortable and did an excellent job. Thank you!!

Salon met all expectations Thank goodness for the Aveda name. As an Army spouse it is difficult to find a reputable hairstylist every 2-3 years. So when I came across Bella Vita Salon and saw they were an Aveda supplier I made them my first visit and I wasn't disappointed. Ashley delivered exactly what I needed and on the first try. I highly recommend this salon to all Army spouses here at Ft. Leavenworth. Save your time and stress by booking at this location and you won't be disappointed. K. Payne

Appointment Thoroughly enjoyed my manicure with Jackie and the wonderful pedicure with Alexis. Very professional,friendly young ladies and they did an awesome job! I haven't been here for about 4 years and will make more time for myself for sure!!! Look forward to my next visit in August.

Fast Cheap Job My daughter and I went for the first time and my stylist was in a hurry and did not style my hair nor satisfy my expectation. My 6 yr old's hair is uneven and was cut wet when it should have been dried. The worst overall part was the chop shop jobon her nails when I was not in the room to see. She obviously did not care about how the nails looked, since it was for a kid. There were big spots missing on the nails and was still charged $17 for a five minute kid nail polish job. I will not go back and will not recommend this salon.
