Hello. As usual my service with Kelsey was terrific even though she was running 20 + min late. FYI, I am currently injured and using a walker to get around. It made me notice that any handicapped parking signs were obscured. Also, the parking lot is in such bad shape with holes, rocks, and uneven, it was dangerous to traverse it w/o help from my husband who drove me. In my opinion, Bella Vita isNOT providing safe passage into the shop due to the parking surface poor condition. ruie Gibson
