Great customer service I have been very happy with the service that I have received at Bella Vita. Over the past year, I have obtained services ranging from hair trims, hair style changes, highlights, manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxings. Most recently, I had the spa pedicure which was my first time and it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Overall, the staff at Bella Vita are very professional, courteous and committed to making sure I have a great experience every time.

Massage I went in for a 90 minute much needed massage last weekend and overall it was okay. One thing that did happen was for the first time in 20 years of massage someone walked in on us while the massage therapist was giving me a massage! That ruined the massage for me. I was so blown away that I did not say anything when I left but it was a real disappointment. I will go back for my hair services but I don't think I will go back until they have all the spa protocols down with the new expansion. I just can't get over being walked in on during the massage :(.
