Nail polish I hate to say this, 'cause I love this shop, but I had to redo my polish when I got home. Heather put the polish on in dabs instead of strokes and it was real thick and didn't dry. Everything else was great!

Not a great visit first, but they made up for it. My first visit was dreadful but management made up for it by having me return to correct the issue and they assigned Lauren to take care of me. After my consult with Lauren she understood what I wanted and worked with me to accomplish and oversee my previous negative experience. Thank you all for understanding my frustration and correcting it immediately. I'm glad I returned or the rating wouldn't have been so high.
