I've been going to this salon for 13 years, and have always had the best experience. Even if you experience a small problem (color, cut, etc.) they make it right, and make sure you are a satisfied client.

I had a very positive experience; however, there seems to be someone in the shop with "intestinal" issues. At times, I could have use a gas mask.

OK major mess up, I was messing with my good friends (see Review below) and now I find out it is damn near impossible for us to delete..... Ms. Mel, please forgive me. Apparently reviews are not a good place for Practical jokes. :-(

Kasey does a wonderful Job on what little hair I have left.
However her sister Mel, is always passing gas and blaming it on everyone else. Someone needs to tell her, "that her farts don't smell like rose water"!

Bella vita is without a doubt the best full service salon in Leavenworth/Lansing are. The Staff are friendly, courteous and excel in their individual areas of beauty service. The salon itself is a fun place to be as well. After I returned home from my last visit, my daughter told me, "you smell good-you've been to Bella Vita haven't you?!!" Thank you ladies for a consistent job well done!!
